Adult Check-up and Clean (First Time)

Terms and conditions: Service package includes scale and clean, oral health advice, intraoral X-rays as required, periodontal screening, and fluoride application (as clinically required). Services will only be provided where clinically necessary and appropriate for patients. This service package may be provided by a qualified oral health therapist or dentist depending on availability. Your clinician may recommend further treatment/services outside of this service at an additional cost, and you may require referral onto another clinician to provide the recommended treatment/services. For patients with health insurance, health fund benefits are payable in accordance with health fund rules and are subject to waiting periods and yearly limits. Please refer to your health fund provider for rebate information. If any applicable health insurance rebate exceeds the service package price, no balance will be paid in cash or credit. If this appointment is for a child under the age of 18, their parent/guardian must provide consent to and be present at the appointment.

Kids Check-up and Clean

Teeth Whitening - In-Chair

Service package includes the administration of in-chair whitening (if deemed suitable). Whitening is not suitable for all patients and individual results may vary. If teeth whitening is not suitable, guests will only be charged for services provided. This service is only available to persons aged 16 or older. Your clinician may recommend that you undertake dental services (such as an oral hygiene appointment) prior to undertaking the whitening treatment, at an additional cost. Where a comprehensive examination is required, or additional recommended work is undertaken that is not part of the consultation for teeth whitening, additional fees will be incurred. Cosmetic treatments may not be claimable through your health fund; please speak to your health fund to confirm your rebate eligibility. If any applicable health insurance rebate exceeds the service package price, no balance will be paid in cash or credit. If this appointment is for a child under the age of 18, their parent/guardian must provide consent to and be present at the appointment.

Teeth Whitening - Take-Home

Terms and conditions: Service package includes intraoral X-rays (as required), minor oral examination, oral health advice, periodontal screening, scale, and clean and customised take-home whitening kit (if deemed suitable). Whitening is not suitable for all patients and individual results may vary. If teeth whitening is not suitable, guests will only be charged for services provided. This service is only available to persons aged 16 or older. Your clinician may recommend that you undertake dental services prior to undertaking the whitening treatment, at an additional cost. Where a comprehensive examination is required or additional recommended work is undertaken that is not part of the consultation for teeth whitening, additional fees will be incurred. Mouthguard

Terms and conditions: Service package includes 1x consultation with a clinician, impressions, and 1x custom-fitted mouthguard. Mouthguards may not be suitable while undertaking a course of orthodontic treatment. The clinician will advise suitability. Where a comprehensive examination is required or additional recommended work is undertaken that is not part of the consultation for a mouthguard, additional fees will be incurred. For patients with health insurance, health fund benefits are payable in accordance with your health fund rules and are subject to waiting periods and yearly limits. Please refer to your health fund provider for rebate information. If any applicable health insurance rebate exceeds the service package price, no balance will be paid in cash or credit. If this service is for a child under the age of 18, their parent/guardian must provide consent to and be present at the appointment.

Orthodontics Consultation

Terms and conditions: Service package includes 1x clinical consultation including photographs and scans (if required) and 1x customised treatment plan. Your clinician may recommend radiographs, impressions, or orthodontic treatment at an additional cost, which will be detailed to you during this consultation. Total costs for any recommended orthodontic treatments vary, depending on a patient’s clinical requirements. If this appointment is for a child under the age of 18, their parent/guardian must provide consent to and be present at the appointment.

Dental Implant Consultation

Terms and conditions: Service package includes 1x clinical consultation and 1x customised treatment plan. Your clinician may recommend radiographs, impressions, or dental implant treatment at an additional cost, which will be detailed to you during this consultation. Total costs for any recommended dental implant treatments vary, depending on a patient’s clinical requirements. The cost of this clinical consultation can be redeemed against the cost of any future dental implant treatment booked with the practice. For patients with health insurance, health fund benefits are payable in accordance with health fund rules and are subject to waiting periods and yearly limits.
